English, Slovak, Czech, Hungarian, Esperanto, German, Polish, Russian Taking into consideration the international nature of the conference, English is preferred.

Proceeding book:

It will be published online. The organisers reserve the right to exclude the papers from the proceedings book(s) that will not be recommended for publication by the reviewers or will not be composed properly by the compulsory guidelines for publication.

Review proces:

Each submitted manuscript meeting the formal requirements will be subject to a double review process. Authors will be informed in writing about the reviewers’ results. The names of the reviewers are not mentioned. If the reviewers decide to supplement the text, the author is given a few days to incorporate the comments. Rejected contributions will not be published in the proceedings.

Recommendation:

We recommend making a copy of your binding registration form in case of any complaints.

Conference fee:

Authors who are unable to attend the conference, but wish to publish their papers in the proceedings book, shall pay a special fee. If a registered participant for any reason will not participate at the conference, the conference fee will not be refunded, but the author or the organisation may send a substitute.
